Where did you attend college?
I attended Goddard College for my undergraduate and the 91短视频 for graduate school.
What brought you to Montana?
My husband and I moved here in our early 20s when we first started dating. In a sense, this community has raised us. Almost 15 years later, we're fortunate to be raising our son here and still call Missoula home.
Why did you choose to be part of the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana?
I grew up in rural Vermont and have a background in public health. I understand how important family medicine is, and love that my son and I get to see the same doctor (a FMRWM alum, no less!) When this position opened up, it felt like a natural next step where I could continue to learn while making a difference in my community.
What are your interests outside the University and FMRWM?
Cooking for my family and friends, raising my son, biking around town, drinking good coffee, hiking and snuggles with my dogs, being on the river...
What do you love about Western Montana?
I love how much this area has allowed me to grow and learn, while remaining my constant.
What's your favorite book?
Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt is wonderful.
